John Lumpe
Executive Director, Ohio Soybean Association

John serves as executive director of the Ohio Soybean Association (OSA) and the Ohio Soybean Council (OSC). With more than 15 years experience in Ohio agriculture, his responsibilities include maximizing Ohio soybean farmer profitability through areas such as international marketing, new uses development, production research and soyfoods. John works closely with volunteer farmer boards of both OSA and OSC, and is involved in several industry initiatives, including animal agriculture and soy new uses. Prior to joining OSA and OSC, John worked for a public relations agency representing a number of agribusiness groups. This is his first year as a QUALISOY Board member.
